Fantastisch team in dit chalet die altijd voor je klaar staat, zorgt voor fijne ruimten en top maaltijden voorschotelt. Zeker aanbevolen
Het waren hele fijne dagen in een prachtig huis met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Er was zeer goede verzorging van onze hosts. Zij waren voldoende, en toch subtiel aanwezig. Een echte aanrader
Lodge of Joy in Wagrain is een top chalet met zorg ingericht door de eigenaresse. Complimenten!
Super schoon, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Tegen het decadente af; je voelt je echt in de watten gelegd. Goede bedden en hele fijne sfeer!
Wij troffen het met onze hosts Sander & Sabrina; ook alle lof aan hen!
Absoluut een aanbeveling om met een groep van 10-12 mensen (5 a 6 stellen) te vertoeven!
Zoals ik mijn vrienden deelde: “we hebben herinneringen gemaakt met elkaar”.
Een pareltje!
Our stay at Chalet Regina was superb! We were a group of 18 colleagues and were extremely well taken care of by both wens customer services and the chalet staff.
Organisation:
Wen's customer service staff (Stephanie) were extremely accommodating of our large party, helping us with: the initial booking, dealing with payments from many individuals, organising rooms, our late arrival at the chalet and all other annoying queries we had. With prompt and helpful responses, their customer service was excellent.
Chalet:
Chalet Regina is fantastic. A nearly flat 2 min walk to the Nassereinbahn lift, with 3 ski shops immediately adjacent, which Wens offer a 10% discount for.
The rooms are better than photographed, all with very comfortable twin beds which able to be split into singles, ideal for us as colleagues sharing rooms. En-suites had great pressure, and hot showers and 3 bed rooms had baths (perfect if you have kids).
The overall chalet is decorated as per the photos, to a fantastic standard. Ask the staff and they'll have the sauna ready for when you get home!
Food and drink:
The food was varied and very good. Breakfast was typically continental with fresh bread, cheeses, hams. Yogurts, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee, tea.
3 course meal everyday, often Italian inspired. The main meals we had:
Lasagne, Pork Loin with Sweet Potato, Chicken Curry, Mushroom risotto, Beef Stew, Spaghetti with Salmon. Fantastic starters and deserts too. Vegetarian options also looked very good.
There are fridges in both lounges and in the dining room, which are always stocked up with beer and wine. Fantastic for a cozy night in after a day on the mountain!
All in all cant recommend enough. We had a fantastic time and will go back in a heartbeat.
Our hosts were exceptional, and our chalet had everything we needed to make the most of our week. It was a week to remember and I’m sure I will be booking with wens again.
