Graag delen wij de beoordelingen van Wens Chalets door andere gasten met u. Wij sturen onze gasten een enquete na een verblijf in één van onze catered chalets en vragen een beoordeling te schrijven. Dit appartement is uitermate geschikt voor grote groepen (tot 8 personen). De ligging is top, vlak naast de cincin en aan de andere kant op 50-100meter lopen naar de lift. Het appartement zelf is groot, met balkon, prima kamers en schoon.
Kim en Jarno zijn super gastvrij en koken heerlijk. Het appartement is knus, leuke woon- en eetkamer.
Stayed as a group of 9 guys for 4 days - hostess was very helpful and a great cook. Good food, big portions, friendly atmosphere, perfect location. Great trip, thanks!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Chalet Le Benon. The location is excellent, we even managed to ski back to the chalet in the evening from Pleney, and it's a very short walk to both Pleney and Super Morzine. This also means it's in very close walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in Morzine village.
The Chalet itself is a bit basic, but has everything you need, and is exceptionally clean. The upstairs rooms are a little small with only one shared bathroom, but the middle and lower floor bedrooms have en-suites and are an excellent size. Other than that there was plenty of space and the living area is huge. The garage is useful to store ski's and hang your ski gear in, so you don't need to bring it all up to the rooms. It all feels very "homely", which is nice, and there is plenty of parking outside as the chalet sits in its own grounds and garden.
However, without a doubt, the highlight of the trip was our chalet host Elselien, who was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, and anxious to please. Not only did she email me before our visit to check if we'd like ski passes or ski hire in advance and to check dietary requirements, but during our stay there was nothing she wouldn't do to help. On top of all that, her cooking was most excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food from breakfast to dinner (and timings were flexible so we could choose). Having free wine and beer throughout the stay is a great touch and is so much nicer than having to pay, or use an honesty bar, as you do in most other chalets.
I've been organising these ski trips from our group for 20 years and I can honestly say that Wens Chalets have been the best overall experience we've ever had. We've done 2 different Wens chalet's in the last 2 years, and hopefully we can use Wens chalets again in the future. Highly, highly recommended!
Het chalet ligt fantastisch, ski-in/out vanuit/richting het gebied richting Les Gets als er voldoende sneeuw ligt en anders op 100m van de gondeltjes dat deel in, en ook krap 200m van de lift naar superMorzine/Avoriaz. De chalet staf was heel relaxed. Onze dieetwensen werden probleemloos meegenomen, en waar nodig was er steeds een apart maal voor de kinderen dat prima in de smaak viel.
Het chalet zelf is ook erg fijn. Voldoende ruim, grote ruimte om ski's en snowboards en kleding op te bergen en te laten drogen, ruime slaapkamers, voldoende badkamers.
