The Village

The thousand years old village Morzine has a authentic atmosphere. The original, mostly wooden, buildings and its surrounding mountain peaks give the resorts in the Savoie a typical charm. Morzine is a nice, cozy, and very lively town. It is situated at 1000 meter altitude. In Morzine you will find many nice restaurants, bars and discos.

The Chalet

After a day outside its wonderful to come home in this chalet. The interior is cozy and the location is beautiful. This chalet is located�@at the slopes of Le Pleney and is about 200 meters from the cable car to Avoriaz. As the chalet is situated close to te center of morzine it is easy to walk into the center. There is also a kindergarten close to the chalet.�@

The gates of the Sun, the translation of Les Portes du Soleil, with its 650 km of ski slopes is the largest ski area in the world. The uniqueness of this area is that you can ski or board across the border because Les Portes du Soleil is located in France and in Switzerland. The 200 modern ski lifts ensure you a quick flow to all parts of the area. The wide blue slopes are ideal for beginners while advanced daredevils can face the challenge of La Mure, one of the steepest slopes in the world! Also many boarders come to Les Portes du Soleil to find their limits. Especially for the cracks there are many fun parks to find.
