Chalet Frieden

Davos is one of Europe s most famous ski resorts. The enormous ski resort of Davos/Klosters has 5 different areas with a total of 305 kilometres of ski slopes. It is the place to be for snowboarders and ski lovers all over the world.

80% of the slopes are above 1.800 meters; therefore the chances of having snow in this ski resort are guaranteed. As an extra, throughout the season they keep the quality of the valley slopes up to standard with artificial snow. Because of the geographical position of the resort the snow will start falling earlier and in larger amounts than any where else. Children from the age of three are more than welcome in Pischa, one of the parts of the ski resort. There is a new child domain with a possibility of day care. A full day of fun and teaching, with facilities for mums and dads to ski with their children.

The Jacobshorn is the place to be for snowboarders. This is a true Mekka amongst the boarders. Half pipes and ramps are the highlights for freestylers.

Chalet Frieden is located in the centre of Davos-Platz, across the Jacobshorn lifts and station Davos-Platz. This new chalet has 12 rooms in total. On both floors you will find extra shower/bathroom and toilet facilities as not all of the rooms have there own. On the first floor there is a communal balcony on the side. Inside you will find a large dining and living room with a homey little bar. At the front of the house there is a nice wooden terrace where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning sun. There is a separate skidoo in the house. Outside the house there are several private parking places.
