Cozy village with sparkling Mayrhofen on short distance! Finkenberg is a friendly, cozy ski resort retaining its Alpine charm. The village is located at 840 meter altitude and has only 1,500 inhabitants. The environment here is wonderful. The skilifts start from the center of the village and will directly take you to the heart of the Zillertal. At the bottom of the lifts you will find some bars where you can fully enjoy the apres-ski from early afternoon until late at night. When you even want more, lively Mayrhofen is only 10 minutes away.
Chalet All rooms have private facilities and a nice balcony. The living / dining room with a magnificent view is known for its authentic Austrian style. This cozy chalet has a large garden. The chalet is located in the center of Finkenberg within walking distance of the lifts. If you do not wish to walk the local shuttle bus can bring you as well. With good snow conditions you can even ski back to your chalet!
Skierea Finkenberg, Lanersbach and Mayrhofen are part of the famous ski resort Zillertal Arena. Skiing in this erea means a variety of options. with more then 200 km of slopes you can make some great day trips. The Hintertuxer glacier, with its everlasting snow, guarantees you even in the off season period good snow conditions. Great advantage is that the Zillertal Arena is one of the few ski areas that is still affordable at this time.
